From the trenches to the top of the leaderboard, I've seen it all in sales. My name is Thorsten, and I'm passionate about helping sales teams achieve explosive growth.
Building high-performing teams isn't just my job, it's my obsession. I've worn every hat in the sales organization, from first-line manager to leading massive teams exceeding 1,000 employees. No matter the size or industry, I've seen the challenges and unlocked the hidden potential within sales forces. My track record speaks for itself: driving sales growth from $10 million to over $1 billion for various organizations.
My international experience goes beyond the boardroom - I've lived and worked across the world, from Korea to South Africa to California. Most recently, I served as President of EMEA Sales at Check Point, but before that, I held executive positions at industry leaders like Claroty, Druva, Infoblox, F5 Networks, Siemens Enterprise Communications,
and Cisco Systems.
